Massage

You have to massage the main focal points of your body. This would help in increasing the flow of blood to various areas and even assist in loosening of the tense areas of the muscles which would have been over-stressed. Once you have massaged, you need to apply certain amount of pressure using one or two fingers. Even you can use the side of your hand or your palm. Once this is done, you can end with another light massage.

Abdomen Point

Here you would need to find out the spot which is below the belly button. This is located within two fingers or an inch from the belly button and focus on the digestive system. It enhances the functionality of the digestive track, providing you with a strong immune system and body. Plus it drastically reduces constipation. You need to place two fingers on the required spot and gently massage it. After that, apply consistent pressure on the given point for some time (i.e. at least for about 2 minutes). Continue to do this two times in a day.

Ear Point

Here you need to keep your fingers against the jaw and try to move it up and down. Do you know that the point which has got the most number of movements is the ear point? So you need to just calm down the jaw and press it for about a minute or two. Now this would assist in controlling the appetite and get the stress related to neck and back pain eased out.

Abdominal Sorrow Point

This particular sorrow point is located just under the last rib of the both sides of the human body. Just with the four fingers and placing them from the solar plexus, the abdominal sorrow point is located. It is pressed, massaged, and press it. This would help in relieving ulcers, indigestion, rib pain and assist in creating balance in your appetite.

Elbow point

There is a special point which is placed inside the elbow and near the closest range of your ribs. This helps in stimulating the entire intestinal functions and also helps in avoiding unwanted moisture.

Ankle point

This is situated above the ankle, inside of your legs and is near to the bone. This particular technique helps in stimulating the digestive system, improving the metabolissm, etc. You need to constantly add pressure using your knuckles and thumbs and release it slowly.
