How Exercising Can Assist Fitness and Growth?

The golden ticket to prevent diseases and slow the aging process is exercising. Plus exercising can crank the body’s production of dopamine and serotonin, which are the brain chemicals to make one in happy mood. Plus this boosts the level of the endorphins which is the feel-good chemicals.

Reduces Effect Of Stress

Some of the hormones like BDNF can make your brain younger while other lead to aging it. And these consist of the so called stress hormone – cortisol and simply helps in thinking straight. Some believe that it helps in creating new nerve cells in the place where the brain has got the nerve cells known as dentate gyrus.
